on the running Mobile World Congress, Samsung demonstrated what lies ahead for his Galaxy Watch in terms of user interface. The South Korean tech giant introduced OneUI View the user experience during the event during the Mobile World Congress.
The new interface is designed to make the Galaxy Watch and smartphone experience more connected. Samsung has also confirmed that One UI Watch will be available for Galaxy Watch on the new – Wear OS + Tizen OS – platform it is built with google. Samsung says it will bring performance improvements, a more seamless experience between the Watch and Android smartphones, and access to an even wider range of applications.
Samsung has further revealed that the upcoming Galaxy Watch will be the first with the new unified platform and One UI Watch, which will debut at the Unpacked event later this summer.
One UI Watch along with the new OS will create an entirely new Galaxy Watch experience, according to Samsung. As part of the new experience, once users install watch-compatible apps on smartphones, they will be downloaded to the smartwatch. If users have customized your clock app on phones to show the time in different cities around the world, it will automatically show on the watch as well.
The unified platform offers new features and integrations with popular third-party apps that can be downloaded directly to the Galaxy Watch from Google Play.
Samsung is also releasing an improved watch face design tool, making it easier than ever for designers to create new watch faces.
